Immediate Implant
The right central incisor had to be removed due to root fracture. Immediately after the extraction, an implant was placed and a crown was installed on it. Bone and gingiva tissue were perfectly preserved using an advanced technique called The Socket Shield Technique.
The after photo on the right shows the natural appearance of the tooth after 8 years. The rest of the teeth were restored with the ceramic veneers to improve the over all esthetic.
Immediate Implant
This is another example of immediate implant placement and immediate restoration. Using my Periosteal Inhibition Technique, I was able to maintain perfect bone and gingival tissue contour. This technique is minimally invasive and it requires no additional bone nor gum graft.
The after photo on the right shows the natural appearance of the tooth after 7 years.
Esthetic objectives
Natural esthetics is an important criteria when replacing natural teeth with dental implants. Perfect harmony between the restorations and natural dentition requires exact treatment planning and surgical precision.
The patients will enjoy pleasing result for many years after the implant treatment.
Full Arch Reconstruction
Although preservation of natural dentition is our main objective, advanced gum disease and dental caries in this case required removal of all remaining teeth. Full arch reconstruction such as the All-on-4 procedure restored optimal aesthetic and function. The implant bridges are made of Zirconia, providing strength and longevity.
